We know handing your actual bank card over to a stranger isn't something you should have to do — so we don't ask you to. When you order a fully customized metal card, we send you your new metal card body along with a complete self-transfer kit.
Using the kit, you transfer your own card's chip onto your new metal card yourself, at home, in just a few minutes. Your real card never leaves your possession, and you stay in full control of your own information from start to finish.
