We ship our metal cards from Lahore to Pakistan and to customers worldwide. Every card arrives with the self-transfer kit and video tutorial, so you never post your bank card to anyone.

Confirm your design
After you order, our team confirms every detail with you on WhatsApp. Custom orders get a free digital mockup to approve. Nothing is made before you approve it.

Production and quality check
Your card is laser-engraved and inspected before dispatch. Production time depends on your design and current orders; we confirm an estimate with you on WhatsApp, and may share photos or a video of your finished card before it ships.

Dispatch and delivery
Your card ships with the self-transfer kit and video tutorial. Delivery times are estimates; courier, customs and weather delays are outside our control.

Customs and import charges
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on incoming parcels, depending on local rules. If you are unsure about your country, message us on WhatsApp before you order and our team will confirm the details with you before dispatch.
Payment
Outside Pakistan you pay securely by debit or credit card at checkout, in your own currency. In Pakistan you can also pay by cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. We never ask for your password, PIN, CVV or OTP, on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan and worldwide. Standard international shipping is US$25 and express is US$45, or the same amount in your local currency.
How long does delivery take?
Pakistan deliveries typically take 3 to 5 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days.
Is delivery free in Pakistan?
Yes, delivery within Pakistan is free.
Will I have to pay customs?
That depends on your country’s import rules. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and our team will confirm the details for your country before dispatch.
What if my card arrives damaged?
Send photos to our team on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will review the issue and make it right. Every card also has a 365-day warranty on manufacturing defects.
