You can turn your existing credit, debit or ATM card into a custom metal card without posting it to anyone. You keep your card, we send you the engraved metal card body and a self-transfer kit, and you move your own chip across at home in about 30 seconds.
Why not mail your card to a stranger?
Posting a bank card means handing over the card number, the expiry date and the chip that authorises payments, and then going without a working card while it is in the post. With a self-transfer kit none of that happens: your real card never leaves your hands, and we never ask for, see or store your card number, chip data or banking details.

What stays the same, and what changes

Be aware of two limits before you order: tap-to-pay (contactless) does not work, because solid metal blocks the signal, and the magnetic stripe ships blank for your privacy. The name and number engraved on the card are for style only; the card works through your transferred chip.

Questions
Is this a new credit card?
No. It is still your existing card and account. You move your own card’s chip into the new metal card body yourself. The Rich Card does not issue credit and is not a bank.
Is the chip transfer difficult?
It is designed to be simple at home with the included instructions and video. Most customers finish in less than a minute, and our team is available on WhatsApp to guide you.
What if my chip gets damaged during the transfer?
Ask your bank for a replacement card or chip, then repeat the transfer into the same metal card body. If you feel unsure, message us before you start.
Is it legal?
You are personalising a card body you bought by moving your own chip from your own bank card, at home, with your own kit. For bank-specific questions, check with your bank.
