1. About Our Products

The Rich Card specializes in customized and personalized products, including engraved metal credit cards, metal debit cards, metal ATM cards, and other made-to-order metal card designs.

Because our products are customized according to each customer's specifications, every order is produced specifically for that individual customer.

2. Order Process

1. You design your card using our online Design Studio, choosing your finish, name, font, and any inscription or logo — or send us your customization details directly.
2. A digital mockup or design preview is shared with you for approval, and our team confirms every detail with you directly, typically over WhatsApp, before anything is produced.
3. Production begins only after design approval and any required advance payment.
4. Once production is complete, images and/or a video of the final product may be shared with you before dispatch.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate customization details, including spelling, names, dates, and logos.
• Reviewing all mockups, images, videos, and previews carefully before approving production.
• Providing a complete and correct shipping address.

The Rich Card is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer during the design approval process.

4. Payments

• Certain products may require an advance payment before production begins.
• Remaining balances may be paid through our approved payment methods or Cash on Delivery, where available.
• Orders will not proceed to production until the required payment has been received.

5. Production & Delivery

• Production times may vary depending on the product and customization requirements.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
• Delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Rich Card.

6. Self-Transfer Kit Orders

For orders that include a self-transfer kit, you will receive your new customized metal card body along with the kit needed to transfer your existing card's chip yourself, at home. By choosing this option, you agree to follow the instructions provided carefully.

7. Custom Product Policy

As our products are custom-made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Design changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and production delays.

8. Product Inspection & Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch. You may receive product images or a video before shipment to verify the final result. Please share any concerns with us before the product is dispatched, wherever possible.

9. Repairs & After-Sales Support

If you experience an issue after receiving your product:

• Contact our support team as soon as possible.
• We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
• Service, repair, refurbishment, or replacement charges may apply depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the product.

Shipping charges for repair or service requests are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo, artwork, image, or design for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use it. The Rich Card is not liable for any copyright or trademark disputes arising from content submitted by a customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Rich Card's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, courier delays, misuse, modification, or improper handling — including improper use of a self-transfer kit.

12. Right to Refuse Service

The Rich Card reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

• Violates applicable laws.
• Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Cannot be reasonably produced according to the customer's requirements.
