What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 100 pieces in one finish or colour. If you want two different finishes, allow at least 100 pieces for each. Tell us if you need different names or designs within a batch so we can confirm the production setup in your quote.
How much do custom metal business and membership cards cost?
The indicative starting range is US$4–6 per card, depending on the design and thickness. Your selected finish, print or engraving requirements and order details are reviewed before the final quotation. Delivery charges are separate. Packaging and any applicable taxes are confirmed in your quotation.
Which thicknesses are available?
Choose 0.5 mm or 0.8 mm thickness. The 0.8 mm option is thicker than the 0.5 mm option; we can help you choose based on the intended use, artwork and budget.
How many finishes can I choose from?
There are 12+ finishes available. Ask for the current finish options and choose the finish or colour for your batch. The minimum order of 100 pieces applies separately to each finish or colour.
Can you customise the logo, design and details?
Yes. The cards can be fully customised to your requirements, including your logo, artwork, text and layout. Engraving and printing are available. Share requirements for individual names, numbering or QR artwork so they can be included in the design review and quotation.
Can these be used as membership cards or event passes?
Yes. You can commission a design for a club, VIP membership programme, organisation or event. Tell us how the cards will be used and whether you need names, membership numbers or a pass-style layout.
Does a QR code or contactless symbol mean electronic features are included?
QR artwork can be included in the design. Printed symbols alone do not confirm NFC, RFID, access-control or payment functionality. If you need an electronic feature, describe it in your enquiry so compatibility and availability can be confirmed before ordering.
How long does production take, and is delivery included?
Production time is 15 days. Delivery charges are separate from the card price. Share your delivery city and country so we can confirm shipping costs and the delivery estimate in your quotation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send your logo or artwork, card purpose, quantity, preferred finish or colour, thickness and delivery city or country. Include any printing, engraving, individual-name or numbering requirements. We will confirm pricing and the production and delivery schedule for your order.
