Compatibility questions
How do I know if my card has a chip?
Look at the front of your card: a chip is the small gold or silver square, usually on the left. Most debit, credit and ATM cards issued today have one.
Does it matter which bank or card network I use?
The metal card works through the chip moved from your card, so it works at ATMs and terminals that accept your original card by chip insertion. If you are unsure about your card, send us a photo of the chip side on WhatsApp before you order.
What if my bank sends me a new card?
Move the new chip into the same metal card with the self-transfer kit. You do not need a new metal card.
Do I have to send you my card?
No. Your card never leaves your hands: you move the chip yourself at home in about 30 seconds.
