No. We never ask for your real card. Your metal card arrives with a self-transfer kit and a video tutorial, and you move your own chip at home in about 30 seconds.
Will it work at ATMs and POS machines?
Yes. Any ATM or POS machine that accepts chip insertion will accept your card, because it uses the same chip as your original card. Contactless tap does not work on metal cards.
Is the chip transfer difficult?
No. Just follow the video tutorial. If you want help, our team is available on WhatsApp to walk you through it.
Will anything change with my bank account?
No. It is still your own card and account. Your bank sees the same chip doing the same transactions as before.
